Matt has extensive experience working in the not-for-profit sector in various roles. He has an excellent knowledge of digital communications and improving public services through design, co-founding a social issues organization in 2004 called minusequalsplus. In his little spare time Matt is the elected President of Gyllyngvase Surf Life Saving Club and competes in Ironman distance triathlons. He has an enthusiasm for exploring the world on two wheels and creating positive change, currently volunteering within the design team at ShelterBox Disaster Relief and working as a Beach Lifeguard for the RNLI.
A first-rate design thinker, practitioner and educator, Andrea Siodmok is the Programme Director at the helm of Dott Cornwall. Previously Chief Design Officer of the Design Council, Siodmok has 15 years experience of promoting a strategic approach to the future of design and running major innovation programmes in service design. An ambassador of sustainability and social innovation, she has spoken on topics of design across five continents.
With eight years’ experience in project-driven roles, Zoe Hellinikakis is armed with strong management and financial skills. Having started her career as a Financial Advisor for the Royal Bank of Scotland, Hellinikakis has thrived in roles demanding customer interaction, directly contributed to the £10m turnover of a new distribution venture until turning her skills to Dott Cornwall. Zoe recently said a fond farewell to Dott to move out to Australia where she now lives and works.
Robert O’Dowd has extensive experience in business and creative development. Combining a passion for design and a strong reputation in management, O’Dowd has worked in a diverse range of entrepreneurial environments - as an original Director of Classic FM, as Group Enterprise Director of GWR Group plc, and as Chief Executive of Real Health (UK) Ltd and 180 Solutions (UK) Ltd.
Lis Goulder’s communications background spans the public, private and not-for-profit sector. After managing the groundbreaking Millennium charity appeal, Children's Promise, she went on to work for a leading experiential marketing agency within the Omnicom stable, Live. In recent years she has built her knowledge of the Cornish sector working as the Business and Marketing Manager for the entrepreneurial educational training division of Cornwall Council.
Martin has more than 25 years experience as a journalist and copywriter. Over the past 15 years he has worked as a freelance feature and travel writer for national newspapers and magazines including the Daily Telegraph, Independent and Times. With 12 years in Business Development and socially-led Marketing, Clare has extensive knowledge and experience of sustainability initiatives and environmental targets for Tourism and Arts sectors in Cornwall. Having managed sustainable and organic development for the Eden Project, Clare co-founded environmentally-led design agency Leap in 2004 before leaving to branch out a as Social marketing Consultant in 2008. More recently, she has come on board with Dott specifically lending her expertise to Intersections.
